Ladies Ministries Report 2011

Ladies Ministries is in full and forward motion.  We have continual growth across the state in the area of involvement which we are excited about and extremely thankful for!  As an overview of our year, to date:

- Missouri Ministers Wives’ Retreat (MWR) 2011 was definitely a highlight!  It was truly a Retreat, held in Osage Beach at the Lodge of the 4 Seasons Resort with 45+ ladies in attendance ranging in age from 20 – 80.  The Retreat consisted of fun, relaxation, instruction and intercession all bound together with threads of unity, laughter and friendship.

- Missouri District Ladies Conference 2011 was magnificent!
* Preparing the Bride was the theme
* 1200+ ladies were in attendance
* 75+ young women attended EMERGE class
*At least, 12 women were filled with the Holy Ghost
*Prayer line with many miracles done and direction given
*Hispanic ladies ministered to through interpretation
*Change of Saturday schedule was a “well-attended highlight”.  The Brunch had 800 in attendance.
*It was a truly apostolic meeting with fruits of the Spirit and Spiritual Gifts manifested.

- The Ladies of Missouri continue to support Foreign Missionary families:
*David & Kelly Dibble in Micronesia
*Marcus & Renee Brainos Family, working in France
*Benny & Pat Blunt, missionaries to Samoa

- We have also continued our support here at home through:
*involvement with Church in a Day in Steeleville, Mo.
*continued giftings to our Home Missionary families on their anniversaries and complimentary registrations to Ladies Ministries events for the ladies of each family.
*encouragement of our WOW
*2 Scholarships given to 2 young ladies for the 2011 / 2012 term to Gateway College of Evangelism

- Mother’s Memorial has had another great start with $7,688.76 given at Ladies Conference during our annual kick-off offering and many ladies are presently working to help us reach our goal of $71,500.00 for 2011.

Our Mission statement states:
Missouri District Ladies Ministries exists to encourage all women, (regardless of age or ethnic background) to enhance, strengthen and establish their personal relationship with God, and to strive to leave a legacy of worship, truth and evangelism.

We believe that the work we have done and events we have had and sponsored, have been in keeping with this mission and we thank you for helping us in our endeavors, to continue.  Our heart is to work, in tandem, with the seeds being sown and investments being made, in the lives of these women, in each of your local churches.

Thank you sincerely for your continued support!
