When is the Missouri District Ladies Conference this year?
April 28-30, 2011 in Springfield, Missouri.
Is there a cost to attend a Missouri District Ladies Conference? Yes, Registration Cost is $45 on/before March 31, 2011. On/after March 26, 2010 cost will be $60. In addition, there will be a charge to attend the Saturday Brunch event. More details concerning the cost will be announced soon. Online registration will be available.
Is Registration Transferrable? There are NO REFUNDS of registration fees, but you may transfer your registration until March 31, 2011. Please contact Andrea England at harvesttabernacleministries@hotmail.com.
Can I pay per session? Yes, A charge of $15 per session is payable at the registration table if you are not pre-registered and wish to attend one or more services of the conference, but cannot attend the entire conference. The Saturday Brunch Event will be an additional fee.
Where are the conference services being held this year? The Springfield Exposition Center, 635 St. Louis Street, Springfield, MO 65806
How long does each conference session last? Each session lasts between 2 to 3 hours.
Who are the guest speakers this year? LaJoyce Martin and Cyvonne Davy are the speakers for the main sessions and Jaime Morgans is the speaker for the EMERGE session on Friday. The Emerge girls are encouraged to attend the Saturday Brunch Event and will not have a seperate session on that day.
What is the main Hotel for the Conference? University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center, 333 S. John Q. Hammons Parkway, Springfield, MO 65806 Note: Rooms blocked for Thursday and Friday April 28-30. Please mention that you are with the UPC Ladies Conference. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and are non-smoking. Cut-off date for blocked rooms is March 15, 2011.

Is child care provided? Unfortunately, we are unable to provide child care. The conference setting is not suitable for childcare, and the logistics involved make it impracticable for the MO Ladies ministries to offer childcare.
Are newborn babies allowed? Sorry, but no children under the age of 13 years are allowed at the conference.
Is there a separate price for children for the Missouri District Ladies Conference? No. Attendees are encouraged to leave young children at home or with suitable caregivers. The length of the sessions and the conference setting combine to make our events unsuitable for young children. We do offer EMERGE for single, never-married girls ages 13-21. EMERGE will have a morning session on Friday and a Friday night social event after the evening service. EMERGE attendees also attend the 2 evening sessions of the Ladies Conference.
Can we leave our things on our seats to save them for the next session? Saving seats and leaving personal items between the sessions is discouraged.
Will there be wheelchair seating? Yes. The auditorium is handicap accessible.
Are Tables available to sell or display products or promote ministries? Yes.
$100.00 Promotional/Sales Table (INDIVIDUAL/BUSINESS): Craft or product sales table rental. Does NOT include electricity hookup. If you need electric there is an additional $45 fee.
$50.00 Promotional/Sales Table (CHURCH/MINISTRY): Craft or product sales table rental. Does NOT include electricity hookup. If you need electric there is an additional $45 fee.
$45.00 Promotional/Sales Table Electric. For electric power at your booth for any reason, the EXPO requires an additional $45 fee per hookup.

If I pay by check who should I make it payable to? All checks should be made payable to MO District UPC.
Are Table skirt coverings provided? Yes. The booth includes: 1 skirted table with 2 chairs & a trash can.
Who do I contact to rent a table or ask additional information? You can rent the tables online through this website or you can send a check made out to MO District UPC to Sandra Luechtefeld,150 W. How do I find out where my table is located at the conference? Make sure you give Sandra Luechtefeld your cellular phone contact information. The tables will be set up the Wednesday before the conference. Sandra will be available all day Thursday, call her cell phone 573 259-1712.
How can I obtain DVD's of sessions? You can pre-order a DVD or CD set with your online registration. During the conference you may order individual services or the entire conference. An order form will be included in your packet and you can turn it in at the DVD sales table. After the conference, you can order individual or the entire set of DVDs/CDs by contacting us by email at info@moladiesmin.org. Someone will get back with you about payment details.
Is this event available in Spanish? Yes. We will be providing live, simultaneous Spanish Translation using a headset system. Please note on your registration form that you will need this service so that we can have an adequate number of headsets available.
Will Interpreting for the Hard of Hearing or Deaf be provided? Yes, we will have interpreters available. A special seating area will be provided near the front of the auditorium.
How do I contact the Missouri District Ladies Conference Speaker and Musicians? The Speakers will have tables at the conference and you will be able to speak to them there and purchase their products.
How do I include my pamphlet/small gift/coupon/flyer in your promotional bags given at the event? All items placed in promotional bags must be approved by MO Ladies Ministries. Please email MO Ladies Ministries at info@moladiesmin.org with your request.
Can I make copies Brochures to hand out? Yes, you can make copies. You can download and print a copy from the website as well. Online Registration is available from our website and you can register online there by filling out the form and paying with your credit card.
Can you announce a birthday, welcome or announcement at the Missouri District Ladies Conference? No. In order to allow the Spirit of the Lord to move, and to avoid distractions, we try to minimize announcements. Most announcements are shown before the services on the overhead screens.
I lost a personal item at the Missouri District Ladies Conference. How do I get it back? All lost/found items will be placed in boxes located at the Registration and DVD Tables. Once the Saturday Registration is concluded all items will be taken to the DVD Sales Table. After the conference has concluded, please contact MO Ladies Ministries directly at info@moladiesmin.org.
